The college has a fine library stocked with almost 30,000 books and a reading room, open from 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. .

The library remains open during college hours. Issue of books is subject to the rules printed at the back of the library card given to every student. The students’ text book section of the library lends text books to students on long term basis. In spite of space constraints our college possesses a little but equipped library both for reading and lending of text books meant for the students as well as teachers.

The Library subscribes 11 newspapers and 20 periodicals in English and Kannada. The library subscribes 10 subject Journals.

It is well equipped and stocked library with separate reading room facilities. The books are classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification with 21st edition as a basic edition and followed Classified Cataloguing Code (3rd edition).

Library services in the form of issuing books, location of the reading material, initiation of refreshers, assistance in the use of reference tools , Library Best User award for the students etc. Presently library is providing following services to its readers

There has been a steady increase in the number of students visiting the College Library.
